I can attest to this from my own experience. I stopped wearing sunglasses maybe 3-4 years ago. Before that, I wore sunglasses outdoors all the time because I used glasses that automatically darken outdoors. My eyes were also quite sensitive to light then.
Today, I can look at the sun without any problems, which I do every day when it is sunny. The sun is also healing for the eyes and vision. I can still read without reading glasses and I don't need glasses in front of the computer screen. Nowadays, I only wear glasses in the bedroom (where I do most of my work with KyroTV) because the computer screen (TV) is further away from me there. Most people start wearing reading glasses at 40+ and I am already 50+. Obviously, glasses cause vision to deteriorate gradually, which is also the purpose of glasses, so that opticians and eyeglass manufacturers can make a lot of money. Glasses are not cheap either. So I recommend everyone to throw away their sunglasses and to use glasses as little as possible.
