I just want to add one important thing, which isn't mentioned in the video, It is also very important that you eat the right kind of salt. If you eat 8g of general table salt per day, it will probably have the opposite effect. I use Celtic sea salt which got over 82 essential minerals. Another good and healthy salt is Himalayan salt.
