The European countries that have joined the Board of Peace so far are: Kosovo, Hungary, Bulgaria, Belarus, Albania, Azerbaijan (partly Asian country) and Turkey. Russia has expressed interest in permanent membership, with President Vladimir Putin proposing on January 22, 2026, to contribute $1 billion from Russian assets frozen in the United States to fund the required fee.

Obviously the rest of Europe wants war and not peace.
