Correcting eyesight

Our eyes are constantly attacked by artificial light & toxic substances we consume from various sources.

We don’t practice natural eye exercises, so our eye muscles become weak.

We don’t stare at things from a far distance, everything is so close to our face (especially our phones, computers).

Here are some things to improve eyesight over the course of yrs:

  • Wearing prescription glasses less often makes eyes less dependent on them (for those that need them at the moment, decrease the amount of time you wear them when it’s convenient for you).
  • Beeswax candle-gazing for a few minutes at night.
  • Sun-gazing during sunset for a few minutes with 10 second intervals (this will not make you blind).
  • Eating high quality whole foods.
  • Mixing coconut oil & pearl powder together & rubbing it on eyelids before bed.

Getting more natural light into our eyes, focusing on things from a far distance, daily.

Don’t knock it until you try it.

There is a few things that I would like to add, which is related to this video.

I think that one big reason why we have got these bad habits and addictions with phones, gaming etc, is lack of money and freedom to fulfill our dreams. If people can’t afford to fulfill their dreams or quit their slavery jobs, then they have to use for example phones or computers for entertainment or as a tool to forget about the reality for awhile.

At least this applies to me.

Even though I have reduced my bad habits quite a lot during the last few years, I still spend too much time at home and with my laptop. Of course, a big part of the time I spend with my laptop, nowadays, has to do with my work with KyroTV. But I still also watch TV series everyday or movies and some YouTube etc, because that’s the only entertainment or fun that I can afford. I rarely scrolling through news or stuff on my phone though and I don’t like to read newspapers or ...
