He joined BRICS and strengthened his alliance with Russia.
Advocated for de-dollarization of nations across the world.
Supported Palestine over Zionism.
Promoted a "Look East" strategy and allied with Africa and Latin America.
The last person who took this approach was a man named Muammar Gaddafi, who was taken out through warfare by NATO.
Gaddafi wanted to build an African Union with its own gold-backed currency.
