One good rule to start eating right: Do not eat anything you see in tv commercials and food that comes with preservatives and chemicals. Read list of ingredients and if its longer than 3 things listed on it, put it back on the shelf at the market.
Farmers markets are where real food is. Frequent them.
We all had to start somewhere. It's not easy to wake up from an entire life of having being brainwashed into believing what food really is.
