Remember the big fed government push to convince all Americans that “BREAKFAST IS THE MOST IMPORTANT MEAL OF THE DAY, DON’T PASS IT UP!” ?
They put a lot of effort into convincing all of us that going 12-18 hours without eating was A VERY BAD THING.
I think I’m starting to figure out why they did that
