"High blood pressure is a symptom... Not the disease"

Whatever you do, don't take meds for high blood pressure, those are poison. I did take meds for high blood pressure my self, for a short period of time, (before I had woken up) and i got quite severe "side effects", which of course was my body's way of telling me that I was eating poison. The doctor was quite surprised that I got so severe "side effects" from these meds since it was the smallest possible dose that I got. Even though I didn't know much about health yet back then or that doctors are drug dealers, I trusted my intuition and the strong signs that my body gave me and stopped taking the meds and the "side effects" disappeared pretty soon after that.
About 1-1.5 years later (in fall 2020) after I had begun to wake up to the reality, I started the LCHF diet and slowly but steady begun to change my lifestyle and habits, as I learned more and more about health, and since that I haven't had any problems with high blood ...
